I’ve done many things in this life. I was an apprentice at a printing press, a guillotine operator in several bookbinding shops, a folder, and a van driver. I also owned two workshops, in partnership. I was a basketball coach, a print media contributor, and head of recording at an (now defunct) internet portal. I occasionally collaborated with SOS Aldeas Infantiles and the Cruz Roja. I even worked as an extra in an american vampire series. But what truly defines and justifies me is the creative act—writing. I can say that, while I’m writing, there are moments when I exist outside of time. In those moments, I sense that I am immortal, invulnerable.
